Podcasts and vodcasts are excellent tools for education. They give experts, professionals, and enthusiasts a place to casually share small chunks of information and insights (American College of Education, 2021a).

Podcasts and vodcasts offer many advantages that contribute to their popularity and impact.
1. Accessibility and Convenience: Podcasts and vodcasts provide a convenient way to use content on-the-go. These channels give people access to worthwhile information, entertainment, or educational materials anytime and any place (Drew, 2017; Nwachokor et al., 2019).
2. Diverse Content: Vodcasts and podcasts connect with audiences with a wide range of interests (American College of Education, 2021b). There is content for everyone, ranging from news and interviews to humor, education, and more. This can promote a sense of community based on common interests.
3. On-Demand access and Subscriptions: Podcasts and vodcasts offer on-demand access (American College of Education, 2021a). Users can subscribe to their favorite shows and have the flexibility to listen or watch at their convenience. This flexibility allows for personalized content consumption and gives creators the opportunity to build a dedicated fan base.
By accessing instructional content in exciting and accessible ways, listeners or viewers can learn about a variety of topics, develop new skills, gain academic insights, or extend their perspectives.
